you can give them negative karma and then put them on your ban list w/ a note.

some people give temporary bans and put in the note when to lift it (which they do manually)

beyond that, there isn't really much i can do that wouldn't be abused by trolls

Yes imho there is 1 thing to do - create an automatic rank - :)

rank - Ban list - people leave

Oqueue is a great thing...but a real cancer in oqueue are people who enter and go outside, leave premade, enter in premade, leave...need to create a rank point for people , karma point dont work properly.
We Need a real simple rank for - i check you - example you have -10 i dont take you for my premade.
