Why...

So I've been running premade bgs for a while for the ally side and i had a pretty good record around 71-9 but now when I go on my lock it says 20-12. I think this discourages players from wanting to join and is hinding my abilities to create a good premade group. Secondly I can't join rbg groups? it keeps saying that im not qualitified but my bear is 2043 rating with a 550 ilvl and it says i cant join rbg groups when the qualifications are 540 ilvl and a 1900 rating... Anyone know why this is happening?
