something wrong with my account

HI, I had some problems with my keyclone account. I purchased 2 keyclone licenses with my paypal account registered in this mailbox in 2015, and I bought another one in December 2019 (so there are 3 licenses in total), but now only 2 license transfers will appear during transfer to other computer. Paypal currently only supports querying past transaction information within 3 years, so the previous 2 license purchase records could not be found, please help to handle it.
