Raid Lockout Conflict Poorly Designed

Can't join Flex premades due to raid lockout conflict since my normal/heroic lockout is in conflict, but it's flex raids which don't have lockouts.

People Can't Receive My Invites

When I invite people on my waitlist, it shows up on my screen that they auto declined the invite. This is for 100% of the people. Sometimes they whisper me via btag telling me they are trying to WL.

I did the following:

1) Removed WTF/Cache/Interface folder, restarted WOW then installed only 1 Addon - Oqueue, using the latest version 1.97b

2) Restarted my computer
