Problem with Oqueue Update.

First of all sorry for my bad English !

When I download the version 1.9.7c of Oqueue I put it in my interface folder and I log into the game, it remains to version 1.8.8c. I tested on three different computers and I have the problem with the three. So I'd like to know what I'm doing wrong or not.
