My OQ stoped working and I've reset my mesh and I have make sure that OQ channel on and I've re downloaded it . And it's not working Plz help...

Hey Ahh im trynna Download the New Update oQueue1.9.2b and its not working . Everytime i log in game to try to Open it . It says Needs update . Plz help!
