Personal Note when queueing for groups?

The other day I was setting up an SoO raid and a rogue joined my wait list, but next to his name was a note he wrote describing his exp and stuff raiding. I haven't been able to find how or where the option is to set a note for yourself when queueing for peoples groups?

So I've been using Oqueue for awhile now, I think over 6 months. The other day I was making a SoO raid and a rogue queued, but next to his name was a note saying how experienced he was and stuff. I searched but I can't find how or where the option is to set a note for yourself when queueing for groups?
