i think the entire raid lockout function needs to be removed. i cant join any raid that has progressed further without getting auto declined for this conflict. i dont even understand the intended function as it seems to only hinder group creation.

I'm still getting this issue. i cant que for Garrosh even though I'm not locked out to him.
