I'm running windows 7 internet explorer. I've updated oqueue without an error everytime an update has come out until this one.

Java is enabled

it will not alow me to download anything from the site. I tried to download icebox as well as oqueue. I click on the download the open or save slection comes up, when i click on it nothing happens. Checking to see if java is disabled.

1.9.7 will not open or allow me tro save it

I have been trying to install 1.9.7 and 1.9.7a and neither will either open or save to my pc. Never have had the issue before any suggestions and is anyone else experiecing something similar

I have been trying to download 1.9.7 and 1.9.7a for days and it wont open or allow me to save it to my pc. I have never had this problem before talked to several other who are experiencing the same
