Its not ONLY network, you can have micro stuttering if you have multiple gfx cards like most new high perf systems...

You gots a crossfire system? I already figured out that 5.4.8 + OQ (or really any memory intensive add-on, but OQ does seem to cause more spikes for me than anything else) = Lag spikes/Fps Stuttering.
THe problem, is that newer systems have backround services that moniter things like framerate to accelerate the idle cores, or in the crossfire's case, the higher performance gfx card. 5.4.8 Defeats those bacround services in a snowball of "minimizing processes" that blizzard implemented with the launcher. Ironically, it was done to help improve performance and overall FPS by putting a lighter load on your system while running WoW or blizzard games.
AMD hasn't produced a fix, but Razer did, by making a profile of programs and services to be restarted after wow's initial launching.
However, FPS is still low with OQ and constant /reload's to fix FPS stuttering sucks a lot. (every 20 mins or so)

Premade problems...
Hello, I have an issue where /reloading my UI in game also removes my premades from the Premades selection, and also wipes my record for the "session".Also, I liked the old solution of BG premade'ing better where I could moniter both parties and communicate with both leaders in /chat rather than just voice programs.
The new timer's are buggy, and a lot of the time do not even show, making lining 2 que times up very difficult. Was there some problem with the old timers?
Lag spikes/fps drops are apparent when using OQ since the 5.4.8 wow patch, when specifically using AMD radeon crossfire systems. Not really OQ's fault, as its a change with the "services" that Crossfire uses in the backround, that the latest wow patch disables... Still, the problem isnt as noticeable when not running OQ.
Problems with the "Angry Red Button". It has been attacking me when queing for arenas, even if im not party leader some hours after using OQ for premades.
Also, the number of Shaman using this addon is still too low for my liking, as my suggested changes for Shaman-finding were never implemented.
Hope this helps bugfixes/updates. (especially the shaman part)

B.net is still laggy/crappy across the board atm for all b.net related games. Its been going on for over a month now, and I experience it on all said blizzard titles even on computers where OQ isnt installed. You may have had problems with OQ, even some resolved from updating, but know that B.net is still having server issues daily.
I own that domain.
It has been DAYS and we still dont have an Addon for specifically finding hot single shaman. Please evaluate the importance of shaman and their sexy singles to this community so I can continue forming my master race/class.

I figured out how to fix this last night. Sadly to find the answer I had to smoke a bunch of peyote and talk the the internet dwarves in lower earth. Thats all I can remember. But, mine is fixed and no longer does it. So theres hope.
