Everytime i try to download icebox an install it. i get a error telling me a file is missing

that message usually means your version of windows is not supported... either you're running windows xp or vista/7 without any service packs.

i have all my service packs im on windows vista 32bit. But Ill Try To ReInstall Them An Then Try To Download an Install it Again...
