Keyclone .. LICENSE HAS EXPIRED and Re-Check button not working

Hi peeps,

Been a long time user of Keyclone but only just registered on SolidICE.

Just sent an email to keyclone@solidice.com but thought I would post here also.

Any info on if it is just the server having one of it's very rare "I forgot to feed the Hamster" issues ?

Just wondered if there is another problem with the server as all of my licences are saying the same thing.

"License Has Expired" and "Re-Check button not working"

Couldn't have happened at a worst time .. my R.A.F. runs out in a few days and still have 3 teams to go

Having the same problem. Actually bought another license as well, but transfer and re-check aren't working.

This is BS I was play game and reboot the computer and got that same crap message about license expired and I even went purchase new key .. IT STILL NOT WORKING. very frustrade when I can't play on the weekend where I have time... Please fix this BS or use different method of checking key so none of us have to go through this BS when you forgot to pay your ISP bill... I did my part pay for services... TWICE... you need to delivery the service when it paid for .. there should not be any excuse for this BS

Don't know which one of you got the short straw, but the hamster at Keyclone sent a message that it had new bedding and a decent supply of food again.

Just a note .. during all all the time I have been using my 3 Keyclones, I have only suffered about 3 or 4 issues where the hamster was exhausted.

Each time I did a quick note to Rob or posted at http://www.dual-boxing.com and within a matter of hours the hamster was happy again.

It is extremely rare I ever post on forums anywhere. However, I felt compelled to register and comment on one thing.

I have been a KeyClone user for 7+ years. There were only about 3 times I can recall where I have experienced issues with the license server being down. That is some pretty damn good SLA up time if you ask me.

While the episode this weekend was a little longer than I was hoping for, I will continue to use KeyClone as opposed to "other" solutions simply because it provides everything I need 99.9 percent of the time.

Thanks for the great application and excellent service. And if the future ever brings us KeyClone2, I am all over it.
