oqueue-1.9.8.lua? there's no such file in a normal oQueue.. either you're using a hacked version or you have a mix of versions there... delete the oqueue addon folder before installing the new version

Im having the same issue after downloading version 1.9.9. It happens when someone tries to waitlist instead of popping up there they show up on friends list. Had this issue while doing a 25m garrosh group.
