It is difficult to consider "supporting" Solidice financially when I can't even get in touch with anyone to help me with the installation of oQue (see earlier post about failed installation). A phone number for Tech Support would be fabulous.

If you have ventrilo, I would more than happy to assist you in the WoW public vent, we have a specific room for oQueue support, I am usually on with the name [<<Administrator>>]Ronburgundy.
We have also answered your suport threads with what I feel is useful information. Have you checked our response about having multiple WoW installs on your computer?
