For the LOVE OF GOD SLOW IT DOWN!!!!
Might i suggest using one of the 5 filters to reduce the # of groups you see at any one time?

Also, if you hold the shift key, it will pause the list from moving. You will see it say **PAUSED** in the upper right hand corner.
