Just experiencing this issue on 1.8.8c.

I've only killed the first boss of SoO and this god damn error won't let me join ANY group on protectors.

I've tried;

Removing oQueue and re-installing.
Resetting all instances.
Doing -oq Harddrop

There is a bug which is causing improper reporting of raid lockouts. We are looking to fix the issue in a coming release.

1.8.9 still has the issue but in the notes it says its fixed meh

check other raids to verify. the raid leader may not have updated.

also verify your using 1.89 at the top center

sometimes i even get the error with 0/14 id or for ordos or celestials grps and yes i see the "1.8.9" at the top

I got it when i tried queueing for flex ?!
