Tiny I think you didn't get what Yabba is requesting. Lemme simplify:
Player 1 got locked to 6/14 earlier in the week, then decides he wants to kill Garrosh, but doesn't want to kill Shamans through Paragons, so looks for a group doing Garrosh only.
Player 2 is forming a raid to kill Garrosh but hasn't killed any bosses in SoO this week yet, so his lockout is 0/14. However, he's friends with player 3.
Player 3 has cleared 13/14 this week and has the lockout at Garrosh, but isn't comfortable leading or forming a raid, so lets Player 2 do all of the work, then they'll just use Player 3's lockout so that Player 2 can skip the first 13 bosses.
Player 2 lists his raid as "Quick Normal Garrosh Kill" on oQueue, but his lockout shows SoO10 [0/14]
Player 1 searches for "Garrosh", and finds Player 2's raid, but isn't able to waitlist for it. Even though Player 2 is skipping the first 13 bosses, straight to Garrosh, using Player 3's lockout.
THAT is the issue here. People aren't happy that they can't waitlist for Garrosh groups, PURELY because the leader's lockout is 0/14, regardless if they're using someone else's 13/14 lockout. They're asking for you to remove that "feature", or at least list the leader's lockout as that of the furthest lockout of any player in the group already, because that's where everyone in the raid will be joining into when zoning into the raid regardless.
