oq is not showing in game

i tried to update oq. i did all the steps from tutorial and it didnt update. after that i uninstalled oq and have tried to reinstall but still nothing. i have done all the steps but nothing shows up in game.
i have the same problem
 
make sure you copied the folder named oqueue with all the files in it, not a folder named oqueue that has ANOTHER folder named oqueue that in return does contain all the files.

your path should read wow/interface/addons/oqueue/then all the addon files
You probably have it in the wrong WoW install.
