Cleared 13/14 HC on 25man today and my ticket progress hasn't changed, still at 52% like I was before the raid. The kills show on armory in recent activity. Tried checking score many times but it's still at 52% :(

No raffle ticket progress after raid
I think it is because there is no current raffle yet.
I am not gaining ticket progress as well and I just figured that it was due to this.

Well I just gained 6% from something since I posted this but still no progress from 13 HC bosses I did earlier today.
I have gotten several tickets today from questing. No raiding though.
