did 22 quests today, my toon has the tabard and the title finally. but my quests didnt generate any % towards tickets. still worth it.

Grats! That is a lot of hardwork!
If you are on a server affected by the armory issue it won't update anyways. But, if it was low lvl quests it seems you have to do a ton anyways to generate any tickets from what I have seen.
