This is a WoW issue, I also had it happen just now. Log out and back in and it will correct itself.

The limit on real ID friends is 100

it is possible to see more then 100 on the list if b.net gets crazy. what that happens, you'll see your friends with numbers after their names.

logging out to the password and then back in would usually resolve the issue. if not, then it's a problem at the server
